Ada's 18-year career in the automotive industry is distinguished by her commitment to crafting safer, more sustainable mobility solutions. Since earning her Master of Engineering from the University of Melbourne, she has led diverse teams across Oceania, Asia, Europe, and North America. Her areas of expertise include hybrid vehicles, connected automated vehicles, and safety assist technologies. In recent years, Ada has spearheaded several award-winning Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS) programs at Lexus Australia. Currently, her team is expanding their research to examine how Cooperative Vehicles should interact with Automated Vehicles. This initiative aims to integrate a comprehensive suite of Cooperative and Automated Vehicle (CAV) technologies, enhancing the ability to anticipate potential hazards beyond direct line of sight while advancing vehicle automation. Ada is also a passionate advocate for road safety, dedicating her efforts to the development of real-world solutions.
