Iman Taheri received his B.Sc. degree in civil engineering from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran. He is currently a near-graduation Ph.D. Candidate and Researcher in Transport Engineering with the Department of Infrastructure Engineering, The University of Melbourne. His research is focused on the applications of machine learning and deep learning methodologies in transport big data. He has also collaborated in several industrial and governmental research projects on transport modelling and data analytics in the past five years resulting in multiple publications along with real-world solutions for ITS related problems.
