Over 25 years, Lance Brand has designed and managed technology solutions for the heavy industry, insurance, public and transport sectors. In his 12 years at Q-Free, he has managed Q-Free's tolling back office maintenance services; undertaken the conceptual design and verification of tolling roadside systems; designed smart parking and access control systems; and implemented and managed cloud-based image review services. More recently, Lance has also co-ordinated the delivery of Cooperative ITS solutions to a number of customers across Australia.
