Dr Meifang Lai is the Intelligent Transport System Technology Manager at Main Roads Western Australia (MRWA). She has been working in ITS field for more than 10 years, and has extensive knowledge in planning, delivering and evaluating innovative ITS solutions. She is leading the C-ITS strategy development and C-ITS implementation in MRWA.
