Shawn Ticehurst is Head of the IAG Research Centre. IAG are Australia/NZ’s largest general insurer and the Sydney-based Research Centre focuses on automotive research. Shawn has worked in the automotive industry for over 25 years, in Australia, Germany and the US with brands BMW and Audi. Shawn is especially focused on new automotive technology, and currently leads a team who seek to understand the opportunities and the risks that new automotive technology brings. The IAG Research Centre is especially focused on electric vehicles and ADAS, as well as understanding how the repair costs of vehicles can be minimised.
