Sarah has spent most of her career in public transport working across a variety of areas including strategy, network planning, infrastructure delivery, service policy, ticketing, customer experience and project and program delivery. She is passionate about taking a customer centric approach most recently in the delivery of major technology projects where she has embedded a customer view from design through to delivery.
